So for the past few days I have been experiencing textures structures and furniture while outside in diamond city just mysteriously disappearing and then reappearing as I move around the city with some walkways having completely disappeared also. To do this I hand placed residents to spread them out and I cloned residents that looked a bit more generic so it would be less obvious the extra residents look the exact same.
